Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. For change of mind returns, the item must be new, unopened, and unassembled.

Return Shipping Fees

To facilitate fast and free shipping, minimize waste, and responsibly manage returned items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a change of mind.

How to Initiate a Return

To return your product, please contact us at support@myduckling.com or via the Contact Us form to request information for return address.

  • All parts, tools, and accessories must be returned for a full refund.
  • Retain the original box if you are undecided, as returns must be made in the original packaging. We do not accept returns without original packaging.
  • For change of mind returns, ensure the item is new, unopened, and unassembled.

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective items, report the issue within 7 days of delivery at support@myduckling.com. Provide your full name, order number, and photos or videos of the defect. Depending on the issue, we may replace parts or the entire item.

To receive a full refund for defective items without replacement, all parts must be returned. A full refund will be issued once the item is received.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund minus any repackaging fees (if applicable) and outbound and return shipping fees.

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after your return arrives at our facility. You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other vendors. Please work with the original store in accordance with their return policy.

Exchange Policy

My Duckling does not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s). Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
