Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that we only ship within the US continental and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.

Shipping times vary by country and region. We will make every effort to meet these delivery estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. 

US Continental

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time After Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • For items that are out of stock, please check the product page for the estimated shipping time.

Backorders / Pre-orders

  • Estimated arrival times for backordered or pre-ordered items are listed on the product page. The “Shipping Time” provided there indicates the expected shipping window. You’ll receive an email notification when your item ships. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to us.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery, the order will be processed as a return. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item’s price minus a return fee. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable as the delivery service was provided. Delays in issuing your refund may occur if we do not receive timely notice of the refused delivery.

Return to Sender

My Duckling is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to uncollected deliveries or incorrect addresses. If your tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly (by phone or visiting their local office) before reaching out to us.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, My Duckling will charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Address Change, Order Change & Cancellation

Address Change

We have a limited timeframe to update your order details. If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@myduckling.com. We will make every effort to update your address if possible. However, orders may start processing within minutes, and we cannot guarantee that we can make changes even if you contact us right away.

If your parcel has already been shipped or is in processing, we cannot change the address or intercept the parcel. In such cases, the cost of reshipping the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped or processed.

Order Change & Cancellation

You can change or cancel your order without any additional charges if you notify us before the shipment is processed.

If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, and a refund will be issued promptly. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any address changes or cancel the order. Any reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. To request a change or cancellation, please email support@myduckling.com.
